Beginner Pole 1 is a truly introductory class! Regardless of your size, shape, or experience with dance/ movement, pole dance is an amazing way to move your body. Work on developing confidence, strength, flexibility, and fluidity in this six week intro course. No prior experience in dance is expected or needed!
