The NFL at 100: How Pro Football Became America's Game

Ray Didinger won six Emmy Awards as a producer and writer with NFL Films. He is the author of 12 books on sports, including three recent bestsellers: The Eagles Encyclopedia: Champions Edition, One Last Read, and The Ultimate Book of Sports Movies.

A 1968 graduate of Temple University, and a member of Temple’s School of Communications Hall of Fame, Didinger wrote for the Philadelphia Bulletin and Philadelphia Daily News for more than 30 years. More recently, he authored the autobiographical play Tommy and Me, produced by Theatre Exile in Philadelphia.

Didinger was named Pennsylvania Sportswriter of the Year five times by the National Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association. In 1995, he won the Dick McCann Award for long and distinguished coverage of pro football, and his name was added to the writers' honor roll in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

Didinger is a host on 94WIP sports talk radio in Philadelphia, and appears on NBC Sports Philadelphia as the primary analyst on Eagles Pre-Game Live and Post-Game Live. He lives in Philadelphia.

Over her 16 year career, she has built a platform for social impact and became the first player in Washington Spirit history to have her jersey retired. She is a human rights activist, teacher, and serves as a Sport Diplomat, traveling the world and running programs in less developed nations that promote gender equality, conflict resolution, cultural understanding, and economic development.

Joanna lived the first 21 years of her life as a straight woman and transformed into a gender non-conforming, androgynous, gay woman who has overcome devastating injury, defeat, heartbreak, and traveled to over 40 different countries. Through her own personal journey, she has helped individuals and groups define their beauty by living an unabashedly authentic life based around deep-rooted acceptance and discovering a comfort in their own skin.

Since that time, Napoleon has shared the stage with such notable figures as Phyllis Hyman, Angela Bofill, Patti Labelle, Jeffery Osborne, Stevie Wonder, Cuba Gooding Jr., Teddy Pendergrass, Dizzy Gillespie, and a host of others.

He launched his own solo career in 2013, and released his first solo album in 2016, Yesterday Today. 

"Soul is the feeling of the spirit and jazz is the access to it," explains Napoleon.

Joel Katz is the voice of New Jersey Doo Wop music. For the past five decades he has been a major force in keeping 50’s and 60’s music alive. His tenor voice has fronted many groups including The Autumns, The Wizards, The Platinums, The Connotations, Twilight, and the elite Doo Wop group The Cliftonaires. He formed Joel and the Dimensions where he was joined by Johnny Maestro (The Crests and Brooklyn Bridge), Larry Chance (The Earls), and Bobby Jay (Larks and Teenagers.) Recently Joel has sung with The Brooklyn Bridge, The Five Discs, and The Impalas. He was background vocalist on the Aaron Neville album, My True Story, and Hooray for the Riff Raff album Navigator. Joel’s most recent effort is Joel Katz and the Dynamics. Backed By a live band, they will wow you with the harmonies of street corner classics of the 60’s.
