| | Participating male singers from schools across the state join male singers from local male choruses in an afternoon-long rehearsal session with guest clinicians, culminating in a concert consisting of selections by participating schools, performances by the participating local male choruses, and a few songs by all participants. Nothing beats the beautiful tones generated by 300 male voices. Boys to Men is open to the public. | |
| | Holidays with Orpheus The first half of our program will feature the music of Dan Forrest and Howard Helvey. Selections will include “O Come All Ye Faithful,” “Ding! Dong! Merrily on High” and “Hark the Herald Angels Sing” and all of the music by these composers will be for four-hand piano. The second half will be a little lighter and will include our traditional sing-a-long, and you might…you might see some reindeer. | |
| | We perform Orpheus Goes Pop as our spring concert series. The first half of the program includes long-time favorite tunes and melodies you have known for years including “Loch Lomond,” “Goin’ Home” and one of everyone’s favorites, “Mary Had a Little Lamb.” The singers will put a smile on your face and get your toes tapping as we present music by The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Carpenters and ABBA, among others on the second half of the program. | |
