	Settin' the Standard featuring Brick City Cabaret Company March 14 - 16, 2024 At the Brick City Center for the Arts (23 SW Broadway Street in downtown Ocala) Join us for a swinging and sophisticated concert of the classics! Ocala Civic Theatre and Marion Cultural Alliance proudly present Settin’ the Standards by the Brick City Cabaret Company from March 14-16 at the Brick City Center for the Arts. The program includes beloved jazz, pop, and film standards like “It Had To Be You,” “Over The Rainbow,” “Blue Skies,” “A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square,” “Me and My Shadow,” “Charleston,” “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off,” “Ain’t That a Kick In The Head,” “Fever,” “The Boy Next Door,” and more. Doors open one hour before each performance. A gourmet popcorn bar and the art exhibit Rivers, Springs, and Other Wild Things are included with your ticket. There will be a cash bar for drinks. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, as seating is extremely limited. Formed here in Ocala in 2006, The Brick City Cabaret Company features some of our region’s finest vocal talent, well-known to audiences over the years from the OCT stage. This incredible vocal ensemble is led by co-artistic directors Jason Bartosic (music director and accompanist) and Jessica Mongerio (vocal director). BCCC members include Christian Gonzales, Adrienne Hebert, Hunter Leary, Jessica Mongerio, James R. Taylor III, Megan Taylor, Scotty Tomas, and Alexis Trimboli. The exhibit Rivers, Springs, and Other Wild Things will be on display at the Brick, allowing you to journey through art down the rivers and springs of our community. Five talented local artists have illuminated the beauty of our area’s water, fish and wildlife through their work. The exhibit features photography, paintings, sculptures, scientific illustrations, videography, and more. Come early to enjoy the art, food, and cocktail hour before the show starts! 	Murder on the Orient Express Adapted for stage by Ken Ludwig RATED PG On Stage March 20 - April 6 In 1934, the famed Orient Express is hurtling through wintry western Europe with iconic detective Hercule Poirot among the passengers. The train becomes stuck in a snowdrift, and morning reveals an even more chilling discovery: an American tycoon found stabbed to death in his locked compartment. Over two terrifying days, Poirot investigates the eight suspects for this shocking crime, following the tracks of blackmail and revenge to the tragedy of a murdered child. Should a performance be canceled, you will be contacted by the Box Office with ticket options.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different performance of the same show. If you need to change your scheduled performance date, our staff will be happy to exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show. There is no charge for ticket exchanges. You MUST contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled performance to make the exchange. If you contact us less than 24 hours before your performance there will be a $5 per ticket fee charged at the time of exchange. You also may e-mail your request to Exchange@OcalaCivicTheatre.com
