Support the Barley Sheaf Players

The Barley Sheaf Players, our nonprofit community theater, needs your tax-deductible contributions. All of our actors, directors, producers, stage crew and musicians are unpaid volunteers who strive to present the best shows for our faithful audience and supporters.

How can you support us?

1) Become a Program Patron or donate anonymously

If you appreciate community theater in our area, please consider becoming a Patron. Each and every dollar brings the magic of live theater to new audiences and new generations. As a Patron you will be listed in each show program throughout the regular season, where we will proudly acknowledge the following levels of support:

  • Producer ($1,000+)
  • Director ($500+)
  • Star ($250+)
  • Supporting Player ($100+)
  • Cameo Player ($50+)
  • Chorus ($25+)

Sometimes people like to give anonymously and without fanfare. We respect your privacy and welcome your support. Please select the "Anonymous" option below to indicate this preference, and we'll keep it just between us.

2) Buy a brick on our Patio of Patrons

Engraving a brick is a great way to commemorate a loved one, and they make great gifts for the theatre people in your lives! We ask for a $100 donation for each brick. Simply select the "Buy a Brick" option below and include the message you would like engraved. The message can be no longer than 3 lines long, and with no more than 18 characters per line, including spaces.

3) Donate specifically to our Attic Ceiling Repair Fund

While many of our patrons may not see it, the attic houses our costumes, props, set pieces, building materials, and sometimes, our musicians for musicals!  This very important space in our building has an old plaster celing that is starting to decay and come down.  We're looking to raise the funds to remove the plaster and add modern insulation and new ceiling materials. If you'd like to help specifically with this effort, we would very much appreciate your financial support.
