Charpentier & The French Baroque

SDMC will once again partner with San Diego Baroque Soloists to perform a program of music from the Baroque period, focusing this time on the French composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier and his contemporaries. This program, meant to center on small-style consort singing, will include Charpentier’s "Le Renemient de Sainte Pierre" (the Denial of St. Peter) as well as his setting of "Miserere."
