Napa Valley College Performing Arts respects your privacy. You may opt out of all mailings and emailings. We store your personal information on a secure server, and we will not trade, sell, or otherwise share your personal information (name, address, phone number, or email) with any other party. We do not record your credit card number after the sale is complete.

Refunds will be made in full in case of a cancelled performance. No other refunds will be made.

Exchanges to other dates/times within the same performance is possible. Please enter your unique ticket code here. For all other inquiries, please leave a message with your name and contact information to our Box Office phone: 707-256-7500.

All sales final within 24 hours of performance date.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all our patrons and performers, Napa Valley College Performing Arts events begin on time. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager and will be permitted only at a safe and appropriate time once the performance has begun. Latecomers might not be seated in their reserved seats, but in seats where they will not disturb other patrons. If you do not arrive on time, and you do not notify us that you are running late, we reserve the right to release your tickets.

Payment

We accept cash at the Box Office window, as well as Visa and MasterCard for online & in-person purchases. The Box Office window opens one hour before showtime and can assist with purchases and pickup of Will-Call tickets.
