	Rhythmworks: Ritmo Vivo is presented as part of the DanceLAB Summer Concert Series, featuring new and returning artists. Ritmo Vivo celebrates the living rhythms, cultural influences, and movement traditions that connect communities across the Americas and around the world. Flamenco artist Kerensa DeMars explores the connections between Flamenco and its Caribbean influences, while emerging artist Sabrina Lina Conchi presents a world premiere rooted in the style of Cumbia Wepa. Danceworks Artistic Director Christal Wagner showcases a Latin American-inspired musical theatre medley highlighting the rhythms and Latin influences that have shaped beloved musicals, from West Side Story to In the Heights. Simon Eichinger and dance partner Lynn Celek premiere the entangled partnering style known as Brazilian Zouk currently rising in national popularity and Cyenthia Vijayakumar joins the program with a new film premiere featuring Classical Indian Kathak Dance. Returning to the stage is fan favorite MkeMe Crew with the dynamic energy of K-pop. Also featured is the Danceworks Performance Workshop Series, presenting original choreography by David Roman (Jazz), Rich Ashworth (Hip Hop), Alex Vanissaveth (K-pop), and Courtney Dorzok (Jazz). 	Danceworks on Tap Presents: Sole Expressions Experience an unforgettable evening of tap dance featuring original choreography that celebrates the powerful connection between movement and sound. Join Danceworks On Tap and special guest artists as they showcase the versatility, artistry, and infectious energy of this vibrant dance form. This performance features original works rooted in tradition and driven by innovation by founding member Amy Brinkman-Sustache alongside Danceworks On Tap company members Gabi Sustache-Turner, Tina Wozniak, Holly Swenson, and Nikki Junkel. Professional tap artist and Danceworks faculty member Richard Ashworth will also premiere new choreography performed by the Danceworks Tap Performance Workshops.
