  • Exchanges allowed only within a single performance run. There is a $2 fee to process exchanges

  • Lincoln Theatre Members receive a $2 discount on all Lincoln Theatre presented events and films (not available for events with a non-Lincoln presenter)

  • Members may exchange tickets for another event if you notify us 48 hours or more before a performance

Box Office Hours

  • The Lincoln Theatre Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00pm.
  • Box Office is located in our Administration Office at 313 W Kincaid Street.
  • Box Officers will also be available two hours prior to live ticketed events and one hour prior to film screenings and broadcasts for door sales.

 Ticketing Fees:

  • $1 fee per ticket (up to $4)
  • $1 handling fee per order
  • Maximum $5 fee per order
