Main Stage Comedic Farce

Comedic genius Ken Ludwig transforms Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic The Hound of the Baskervilles into a murderously funny adventure. The male heirs of the Baskerville line are being murdered one by one. Sherlock Holmes and Watson are on the case! Watch as our intrepid investigators try to escape a dizzying web of clues, silly accents, outrageous disguises and deceit as five actors portray more than 40 characters.

Shrek  The Musical Jr.

ACT's musical theatre camp presents  Shrek The Musical JR., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.  July 8 & 9

ACT's teen Shakespeare theatre campers present a 45-minute adaptation of this classic Shakespearian comedy on the Main Stage.

In this Shakespearean farce, Hero and her groom-to-be, Claudio, team up with Claudio's commanding officer, the week before their wedding to hatch a matchmaking scheme. Their targets are sharp-witted duo Benedick and Beatrice -- a tough task indeed, considering their corresponding distaste for love and each other.  July 22 & 23

Main Stage Musical Comedy

Based on the 1980 hit movie, this hilarious story of friendship and revenge follows three female coworkers who are pushed to the boiling point by their sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. The women concoct a wild plan to get rid of the boss and give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down.
