FMBallet respects your privacy. You may opt out of all mailings and emailings. We store your personal information on a secure server, and we will not trade, sell, or otherwise share your personal information (name, address, phone number, or email) with any other party. We do not record your credit card number after the sale is complete.

Refunds Policy

No refunds will be made.

We will exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show you purchased tickets for OR for a production at the same cost. Exchanges of tickets have to be made 5+ days before the opening night of the performance.

Cancelled Performance Exception: Refunds will be made in full in the case that the FMBallet cancels a performance.
