We do not record your credit card number after the sale is complete.

Refunds Policy |
| Refunds will be made in full in case of a cancelled event or performance.
Refunds on merchandise will be issued if there is a manufacturer defect or your item is in its original unused condition. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music and software. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Shipping Fees
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item. Additional charges may apply, based on the prices of the items. |
