Tickets for one performance may be transferred between performances for tickets of equal or lesser price free of charge, so long as seats are available. No refunds are available upon exchange for a lower-priced ticket. Exchanges for higher-priced tickets will incur a charge equal to the difference in price. Exchanges must be requested through the link in your confirmation email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the performance. Tickets purchased with a discount may be subject to additional fees if the terms of the discount are no longer met after a refund or exchange. For group discounts, tickets must be purchased in a single transaction.
