Ticket Sales

All Ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, refunds are not required to be issued, provided that you are given the right within twelve months of the date of the original event to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event, or to exchange your ticket for a comparable performance.

Playful People Productions staff reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to not allow admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by staff to be disorderly or who fails to comply with those of the management rules.

Registration Policy

Playful People Productions refund policy for all registrations is as follows:

Up to two weeks prior to date of first rehearsal / first day of camp:
Full refund of tuition, minus a $50 administration fee per registration.

Between two weeks prior to date of first rehearsal / first day of camp:
50% refund of tuition, minus a $50 administration fee per registration.

After date of first rehearsal / first day of camp:
No refunds will be given.
