THE CHASE / ACTEON

A newly imagined production of Acteon, a one-act opera by Marc-Antoine Charpentier (1684): A tale of the hunter’s fateful encounter with Diana, goddess of the hunt. Soloists: Danielle Reutter-Harrah, Hannah McGinty, and Kristin Gornstein. The opera is complemented with favorite instrumental selections from the wildly creative spirit of Henry Purcell. Concertmaster Martin Davids.
