	Festival Box Lunch Buy a Saturday Lunch Buy a Sunday Lunch Cost: $17.50 Summit Catering is offering a selection of handcrafted box lunches for festival attendees. Lunches can be picked up in Gaylord Hall starting at 12:30pm. Box lunch includes: Turkey and Bacon Croissant Turkey, bacon, tomatoes and mixed greens on fresh croissant --or-- Roast Beef and Havarti on Baguette Freshly sliced roast beef, havarti cheese, lettuce, and tomato served on fresh baguette with creamy horseradish on the side --or-- Buddha Bowl Vegan/Vegetarian option Quinoa served over mixed greens, with roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeds and tahini dressing.
