Step 1: Purchase Your Subscription
- Select Your Package: Choose between a 3-Show or 5-Show Flex Subscription.
- Choose Your Time: Select either the Matinee or Evening package.
- Quantity: Enter the number of subscription packages you need (each package provides 1 ticket per show).
- Check Out: Complete your purchase. You will receive a Flex Passcode in your confirmation email. Keep this code handy!
Step 2: Book Your Show Dates & Seats
You can do this immediately after purchase or at any time throughout the season.
- Visit the Ticketing Page: www.theatreorangeville.ca
- Pick Your Date: Choose any performance date that fits your schedule.
- Choose Your Seat: Select your preferred seat from the map.
- Repeat: Follow these steps for the remaining shows in your 3 or 5-show package.
- Apply Your Code: At the checkout screen, enter your Flex Passcode. This will reduce the ticket price to $0.00.

Checkout: Complete your purchase through our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email containing your unique Flex Pass Passcode—keep this code handy!
How to Redeem Your Tickets
You can redeem your tickets immediately after purchase or anytime throughout the season!
- Visit Our Website: Go to www.theatreorangeville.ca and navigate to our ticketing page.
- Pick Your Show & Date: Choose any performance date that fits your schedule. Pro Tip: You can redeem all your tickets for a single performance or spread them out over multiple shows!
- Select Your Seats: Choose your preferred seats from our seating map.
- Apply Your Code: When you reach the checkout screen, look for the "Passcode" or "Gift Card" field. Enter your Flex Pass Passcode here.
- Enjoy the Show: Your total will drop to $0.00! Complete the transaction, and your tickets will be sent straight to your inbox.
