Please join us for this free public lecture with the acclaimed dance writer, Mindy Aloff! Aloff's essays, reviews, profiles, and interviews on literature and the performing arts have appeared in many periodicals and anthologies internationally, including The New Yorker and The New York Times. She is the author of several books. A former fellow of the Woodrow Wilson and John Simon Memorial Guggenheim Foundations and a Whiting Foundation award-winner, she teaches dance criticism and history and a personal essay course for freshmen at Barnard College.
