Nov. 23 at 2:00 PM

Next in our series of Five Saturdays of Cultural Sharing! Bring the children to enjoy this colorful performance of dance and music by Native Americans representing the Indigenous Cultures Institute of San Marcos. Danza is a special type of dancing centered in a family’s commitment to carry on the tradition of their tribal ancestors from northern Mexico and south Texas. Beautiful, elaborate costumes reflect the years of experience they have had in learning and performing danza.
Length of the show is about one hour, with a short discussion time afterwards. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
