Theater in the Park returns in 2021 — offering two nights of the musical Into the Woods in Drake Park. Enjoy an optional VIP dinner and a show, with a beautiful view the Deschutes River and Mirror Pond.

Into the Woods is a 1986 Broadway musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine. It was adapted into a movie in 2014 by director Rob Marshall along with Lapine.

This fantasy musical is based on classic Grimm Brothers fairy tales—Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rapunzel and Little Red Riding Hood.
The film adaptation of Into the Woods featured an all-star cast of Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, James Corden, Johnny Depp, Anna Kendrick, Chris Pine and more. The film went on to receive three Academy Award nominations.
