The 35th Annual Sheepshearing Festival at Gore Place

After a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Sheepshearing Festival at Gore Place will return in person on Saturday, April 23, 2022. Since 1987, this annual event has delighted visitors with demonstrations of traditional shearing and herding dogs, live music, handmade craft and fiber artists, and historical reenactors on the beautiful grounds of this historic, 50-acre estate. Free satellite parking. Gore Place members and children ages 12 and under admitted free (must be accompanied by an adult). No pets allowed.
