Jane Austen Garden Party

Sunday, July 10, 2022, at 2 p.m.

Gore Place presents the Jane Austen Garden Party on the grounds of their beautiful 19th-century estate—a site fit for one of the celebrated author’s famous novels.

Your event ticket includes an individual showcase box with sweets and savories and a bottle of lemonade or tea (add a mini bottle of wine for $10 more). You'll play lawn games and stroll through the fabulous Gore Mansion. Regency Period dress is encouraged!

The party starts under the spacious Century Tent. Tables and chairs will be provided, but you may bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets if you wish. This event is intended for adults, but children 11 and up may attend.

There will be ample free parking. The entire site is accessible, and modern indoor restrooms will be available. Masks are not required in the tent but are required in the mansion.

The cost is $35/pp ($45/pp with a mini bottle of wine.)

If you choose the "with wine" option, you will be asked to select red or white at checkout. I.D. will be checked at the event for anyone ordering wine.
