Roy's Smokin' Revenge

Roy’s Smokin’ Revenge is a spin off of the long time running local band Starroy. RSR hosts a five member band consisting of two of its previous members from Starroy, Adam Barnard of Jonesboro, AR on lead vocals and rhythm guitar & Heath Finch of Marion, AR on percussion. Adam and Heath have been playing music together for 15+ years, touring around the US playing hundred’s of gigs together as well as two European tours in 2012 and 2014. When Starroy parted ways to focus on family matters in 2015, Adam spent a lot of time writing up new tunes. In 2017, Adam and Heath decided they were ready to work up some of these new tunes and get back out there. They changed their band name to Roy’s Smokin’ Revenge (RSR) and took to the local venues playing around town. During this time they have added a few members along the way. Nelson Pettigrew of Poplar Bluff, MO on saxophone, Wes Klasky of Jonesboro, AR (formally of local band The Funk Donors) on bass, and Taylor McBride of Jonesboro, AR on lead guitar and piano.

They play their original RSR tunes written and composed by Adam Barnard and a mix of Rock & Roll covers both current and classic.
