I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is a musical comedy presented in the form of a series of vignettes connected by the central theme of love and relationships. It covers everything you have ever secretly thought about dating, romance, marriage, lovers and in-laws, but were afraid to admit. With few exceptions, the scenes stand independent of the others, but progress in a fashion designed to suggest an overall arc to relationships throughout the course of one's life. This hilarious revue pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those who have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, to those who have dared to ask, 'Say, what are you doing Saturday night?' It is the second-longest running Off-Broadway musical and was nominated for the Outer Critics Circle Award as Outstanding Off-Broadway musical in 1997. With a talented local cast who know their strengths, a freshly re-worked show and a intimate venue, this 90 minute romp through sex, love and divorce has struck gold in the heart of Corvallis, Oregon.
