Yoga By the Pasture

Vinyasa yoga for all levels with instructor Dore VanSlyke. Minimum age 16. This beautifully balanced flow class (Vinyasa) incorporates all aspects of practice: pranayama (breathwork), meditation, seated, standing, back bending & balancing postures, and a full savasana. Attention will be given to proper alignment for safe & sustainable practice, and modifications and advancements will be offered. You will leave feeling calm, rejuvenated, and glowing! Geared toward yogis of all levels. All participants must sign a waiver.
