Main Course: Paella a la Miralles-- Bomba rice cooked in beer, chicken stock infused with saffron, with Spanish chorizo, chicken, shrimp, and mussels.
Dessert: Bizcocho with Moscatel Macerated Berries
Wine, Beer, and Sangria will be available at a cash bar throughout the evening.
