A Festive Finale

Music Director Kelly Kuo returns to Reno to complete his inaugural season with the RCO! He is joined on stage by internationally known cellist- and Reno resident- Dmitri Atapine. A regular performer with groups including the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, he performs Haydn's jubilant second cello concerto. Closing the season is Ethel Smyth's lush Serenade. Both a suffragist and composer, Smyth was the first female composer honored with damehood in the Order of the British Empire.
