We set our elemental season ablaze with a concert featuring fiery works led by ANDRES CARDENES, who returns to The Symphonia as conductor and violin soloist. It begins with Peck's piece for string orchestra, Signs of Life II, which is rich with engaging rhythms and gorgeous melosic lines. Things pick up with Hayden's exhilarating and volatile Symphony No. 59, then concludes with Mozart's striking and exotic Violin Concerto No. 5.
