Explore what home tastes like as we welcome Chef Arden Lewis of Denver’s Comal Heritage Food Incubator (one of the New York Times’ 2021 America’s Favorite Restaurants) back to the festival. This year, Chef Arden has invited his student, Olivia Marcano, to join him in creating fine cuisine from their respective native homes: Trinidad + Tobago and Venezuela. Winemaker and Proprietor Michael Hirby of Relic Wine Cellars (Napa) joins the party to showcase his artisanal old-vine wines in concert with these exotic flavors of home.
