Phil and Emily Gorsky are expecting to celebrate a traditional Christmas with their 2 grown sons, Mickey, who is intellectually disabled and Andy. The surprises start when Andy brings his fiancé Randi Stein home. Randi’s heritage and beliefs are challenging for conservative Phil to come to terms with. As tensions build, Mickey suddenly begins to speak! How is this happening? Is there an explanation?
