The Phantom of the Opera tells a story of a masked figure lurking below in the catacombs of the Paris Opera House, exercising a reign of terror on all the inhabit it. The masked figure falls madly in love with a young ballerina and devotes himself to creating a new star by nurturing her extraordinary talents and by employing all of his devious methods.
