Over the course of a volatile parent/teacher conference, a distraught mother and an emotionally overwhelmed school teacher have a confrontation about the mother’s son, the teacher’s student, Gidion. He may have been bullied severely—or he may have been an abuser. As the mystery unfolds the two women find themselves embroiled in an argument about artistic expression, censorship, and what they have contributed to Gidion's behavior. Clever and intense writing keeps the audience in suspense as the women exchange barbs and deflect blame while grappling with their own guilt.
Gidion's Knot is a part of the Ghost Light Series and is rated for mature audiences.
