The Passionate & Playful Orchestra

For the Spring Concert, the MVO welcomes Chicagoland's favorite violinist, Linda Veleckis Nussbaum, performing Camille Saint-Saëns' passionate & energetic "Introduction and Rondo Capricioso" with the orchestra. Also on the program are excerpts from Johannes Brahms' 1st symphony, dubbed by some of his contemporaries "Beethoven's 10th" as Brahms paid homage to the legacy of Beethoven by writing in his style.
