FIRST LOOK READING SERIES:
THE JAR
By Alan Freeman
Directed by Darrell Kunitomi

Being fifteen is challenging enough, and in Pasadena in the 1950’s, there wasn’t a lot of room for questions. A startling discovery leads Joey on a journey he never expected; exploring love and loss, math and poetry, and the lesson that sometimes, forgiveness is the greatest gift you can offer.
We have been working with these three fantastic playwrights for nine months. From concept to public reading. This is the culmination of that work. Come join us as we breathe life into this new work of theatre in its first public reading.
