2020 Chernobyl. A man takes part in a secret new life-changing treatment that promises he will attain his “best self.” But what he thinks is a self-help retreat turns into a mind-bending quantum physics experiment that will reveal the devastating truths of what the future actually holds for him. Could his “best self” be the key to mankind’s salvation?

Moving Arts will be producing a series of workshops call Plays In Motion. These workshops are a deeper dive into scripts we love with an eye toward future production. A creative team of Director, Dramaturge, Designer and Actors come together with the Playwright to explore the script. The workshop culminates with a “Reading-Plus” performance, incorporating lights, sound, movement and other theatrical elements, all live and in person at the Moving Arts Theatre in Atwater Village.
Plays In Motion will feature new work by Howard Ho, Marlow Wyatt and Mildred Inez Lewis.
