JAG Juke Joint
November 19, 2022
Cornerstone Community Center
Hartford, VT
Join us at 6:00 PM on the evening of Saturday, November 19th, for a feast of stunning performances by artists who have worked with JAG in the past and delicious Southern home cooking prepared by Peggy Ware, mother of JAG Founder and Producing Artistic Director Jarvis Green. Cocktails begin at 6:00 PM, and performances and dinner start at 7:30 PM at the Cornerstone Community Center in Hartford, VT!
This year's Juke Joint will be hosted by "The Triple Threat of Burlesque," The Maine Attraction, and the theme will be freedom and 1920s fashion!
Since ticket revenue covers only about one-third of the cost of our productions, proceeds from the tab will help us raise $400,000 towards our FREEDOM FUND campaign, which directly supports our artists in their creative and career development. It will also be an opportunity to celebrate JAG's mission, celebrate Black life, celebrate the importance of this work in our current historical moment, and support scheduled residencies and productions in our 2022-2023 season!
