Thiossane West African Dance Institute

Enjoy a night of heart-pounding African drumming and dance, by the Thiossane West African Dance Institute. Learn the origins of this art form, discover the historical significance of African dance and drum, and explore the genre that has served as the inspiration and basis for so many forms of dance and music. This performance will be followed by a Q and A session, led by Suzan Bradford Kounta.
