Tapping Sugar Maples

Saturday February 18th, 2023 from 10am-11:30am

It’s sugar maple tapping season and Gore Place is going to be tapping their sugar maples this year! Come join the farmer and educators as we walk around Gore Place to tap our sugar maples. This program will begin in the Carriage House for an educational portion to learn about trees, tapping, and making maple syrup. You will also be given a sample of maple syrup from a local tapping farm, and maple sugar candies!

This program is recommended for children ages 2-12. $21 per adult. $16 per child. $11 for Household/Dual Level Members. Reservations are required.

This program takes place partially outside so bundle up and wear warm clothes. We will meet in the Carriage House.
