Apr 28-29, May 5-6, 7*, 12-13 at 7 pm (*2 pm matinee)
Armenian culture and history come to life in this joyful and heartfelt one-woman show. Armenian history is complex and often tragic, so the show considers how to both honor that history and celebrate a vibrant, living culture at the same time. Playwright and performer Susie Chakmakian weaves in her own personal family stories as a real-life first-generation Armenian-American to connect with the big picture and try to make sense of it all.
It's a show full of humor, heart, joy, and pride, perfect for Armenians and non-Armenians alike.
