DOUBLE FEATURE

Navigating Synchronicity
by Elsea Mayes-Brown/ Ember Maze

This piece is an amalgamation of Elsea's interdisciplinary forms of artistry. There's a saying that translates roughly to, "The music is married to the dance", as in dance and music exist as co-creative forces. This piece was created as an embodiment of the relationship between music and dance through a lens of technological expression. It is simultaneously a musical arrangement and a dance composition.

Flawed and Whole
by Kristen Aldrich

What does it mean to be white and anti-racist? Through storytelling, movement, unanswerable questions, and french fries, Flawed and Whole is one white woman grappling with self acceptance and racial identity, while trying to be the best ally and accomplice possible.
