It’s alive! Einstein’s brain, that is. Sci-Fi fan and world’s worst pizza boy, Otto, must make the most important delivery of all time when a mad scientist tasks him and his talking dog, Swamp Thing, with transporting the German genius’s brain to a college in Berkeley where it can properly studied.
