My Rise to the Middle - A BCP FUNDRAISER

Starring Brad Zimmerman

Actor/Comedian Brad Zimmerman's sequel to My Son the Waiter, A Jewish Tragedy is a more in-depth retelling of Brad's lengthy, and we do mean lengthy struggle to make it as an actor in New York.

Brad delves even deeper into all of the obstacles and hurdles that he had to overcome in order to realize his dream of making his living in show business. The stories he tells about his childhood, his education, his misbegotten love life, his decades long tenure as a waiter and of course his mother are all told in a heartfelt, funny and extremely poignant way.

There is something for everyone in this very universal piece of theatre. It is totally authentic. It illuminates the sweet rewards that can come from never giving up (no matter what your mother suggests...).
