February  24 & 25 and March 2 & 3, 2024 – 2:00 p.m.

Rose Children's Theatre presents Frog and Toad at The Richard E. Wildish Community Theater, 630 Main St. Springfield, OR.

A hit on Broadway, A Year with Frog and Toad was nominated for three Tony Awards – including Best Musical. Based on Arnold Lobel's well-loved books, and featuring a hummable score by Robert and Willie Reale, this whimsical show follows two great friends – the cheerful, popular Frog and the rather grumpy Toad – through four fun-filled seasons.

Waking from hibernation in the Spring, Frog and Toad plant gardens, swim, rake leaves, go sledding and learn life lessons along the way. The two best friends celebrate the differences that make them unique and special. A Year with Frog and Toad tells the story of a friendship that endures throughout the seasons.

This fantastic show is directed and choreographed by Rebekah Hope and musical director Keri Davis.

In an effort to serve as many actors as possible, each weekend will be performed by a totally different cast of young people. So if you love Frog and Toad as much as we do, come and enjoy two unique flavors of this cookie ( if you know you know) and get tickets to both weekends!
