We're sharing a smart satire by Ellen Peterson that skewers the Christmas traditions that add as much stress as peace on earth.

In a too-close future, a social apocalypse strikes the world as a result of over-celebrating Christmas... and we tour through this candy-cane nightmare land with three characters.

Two powerhouse women of Calgary Theatre will take on the roles of those who find themselves squeezed between holiday spirit and holiday debt. Meg Farhall and Norma Lewis!
