“You may be an undigested bit of beef, for example, or a blob of mustard. A crumb of cheese or a fragment of an underdone potato. I’d say there’s more gravy than graveyard about you!” The miserly Ebenezer Scrooge is convinced that he's suffering from indigestion when faced with the ghost of his late business partner, Jacob Marley…and that’s just for starters!
This musical adaption of Charles Dicken’s famous novel features diverse musical styles (rock, country, gospel, polka) and varied uses of wording and language that spans from one century to the next. All the beloved (and reviled) characters show up as Scrooge learns the true meaning of Christmas.
The words and lyrics of Ebenezer – A Christmas Carol come to life from the creative imagination of North Carolina playwright Frank P. Trimble. The audience will be delighted with the wonderful choreography and unexpected comedic turns in this delightful adaptation.
Make your Christmas even brighter with this wonderful production!
