Taco Town by Luke Sorge

When the franchisee of a fast-food restaurant mistreats the manager, the rest of the crew bands together and refuses to open for business. But their ad-hoc protest quickly spirals into an odd hostage situation -- they're holding themselves hostage. With the police outside and the franchisee forcing his way back inside, the employees must fight for the rights they didn't even realize they are so dearly due.
