Cellist Amit Peled with Pianist Daniel del Pino

Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, at 3 PM

Internationally renowned Israeli cellist Amit Peled returns to Ashland to share a program that centers on spiritual introspection. Peled will select from a wide palate of favorites from the cello repertoire and treasures from the Jewish musical tradition; Max Bruch's Kol Nidrei; Ernest Bloch's From Jewish Life; and the traditional song, Eli, Eli.

Amit Peled is joined by his longtime collaborator Daniel del Pino, one of the leading Spanish concert pianists on the international scene, with performances in major venues on five continents.

"A glowing tone, a seductive timbre and an emotionally pointed approach to phrasing that made you want to hear him again."
