The Capitulates and the Monotones feel about each other the way Sam-I-Am feels about green eggs and ham. But in spite of their feuding families, starcrossed youngsters Romeo and Juliet love each other like the Cat in the Hat loves trouble. Sublimely silly, this whimsical reinvention of Shakespeare’s romantic tale – as told by Thing One and Thing Two, in rhyming couplets – is a lot more magical than tragical. Oh, the laughs you will laugh when Seuss is on the loose in Verona!
