This professional jazz ensemble is made up of top musicians, specializing in performances of traditional compositions from the Great American Songbook and today’s cutting-edge arrangements. The group also performs a wide range of material covering all eras of jazz repertoire including the music and arrangements of legends including Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Mel Torme, Count Basie, Thad Jones, Duke Ellington, Woody Herman and more. Transcending genre distinctions, Shana's music is a sultry pastiche of jazz-influenced acoustic pop and soulful, contemporary folk.
