Center Series

The Soul Rebels

Friday, November 1, 2024
Chamber Hall
7:30 p.m.

A post-show Q&A will follow the performance.

Brass sensation the Soul Rebels started with an idea - to expand upon the pop music the members loved on the radio and the New Orleans brass tradition they grew up on. They’ve taken that tradition and blended funk and soul with elements of hip hop, jazz, and rock, all within the style of a modernized and contemporary brass band.

This engagement of The Soul Rebels is made possible in part through the Jazz Touring Network program of Mid Atlantic Arts with support from the National Endowment for the Arts.
